We enjoyed the convenience of the quadruple room with hot water and nice big beds. the location was great, close to the beach. the city centre was not very far from the hotel, which was convenient for us.

perfectly clean units with the fan, the bedroom and air-con, and the staff were welcoming. the breakfast was delicious and tasty for the value, and the food was gorgeous. the location was marvellous and decent - so close to beach and beach, sri lanka and all the good restaurants.

Great location! You can easily walk to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and it's also just a short stroll away from the beach, bars, shops, and the beautiful Mirissa beach 🏖️.

I've booked here multiple times and I highly recommend it, the location is fantastic as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit, and Koggala airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

At the time of year I went, there were a few mosquitoes outside at the table, but not in the bedroom. the lunch options were average in terms of taste and value for money compared to what you can find on the main road.

The cleanliness of the rooms was below expectations, and there were some issues with the toilets, including a persistent smell and leakage. we encountered bugs in the room during our stay, which was unpleasant.
